This quality assurance does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from improper washing or maintenance, accidental damage, stains incurred after delivery, or minor color deviations caused by device screen display differences.
If you receive defective, damaged, or misrepresented goods, please contact our customer support team with your order number and supporting photos within a reasonable timeframe. Transport Risk & Insurance Rules: Shipping insurance covers all loss and damage risks for parcels prior to successful delivery and customer signature confirmation. If a parcel is lost, missing, or severely damaged in transit, we will initiate an insurance claim and provide replacement, full refund, or reshipment services in accordance with carrier insurance regulations and our official return policy.
Transportation insurance coverage terminates immediately upon successful signature and receipt by you or your designated recipient. All subsequent loss, damage, or product defects occurring after delivery shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
