1. ORDER PROCESSING

All retail and wholesale orders placed on ivycova are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and official U.S. federal holidays. Processing time does not include transit and delivery periods. We reserve the right to adjust processing schedules during peak shopping seasons, promotional campaigns, or inventory updates, with timely notifications provided when necessary.

2. SHIPPING AREAS & CARRIERS

We offer domestic shipping across the United States and reliable international shipping services for eligible retail and wholesale orders. All parcels are delivered by authorized and professional U.S. shipping carriers. Shipping rates, delivery methods, and service options vary based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and order volume. Customized shipping solutions are available for bulk wholesale orders upon prior consultation.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All delivery timelines are estimated and not fully guaranteed. Standard domestic shipping within the U.S. generally takes 3–7 business days after order fulfillment. International delivery times differ by service tier and destination region: premium international shipping takes 2–5 business days for major global regions, standard international shipping takes 6–12 business days, and economy international shipping takes 12–20 business days for most countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, local logistics efficiency, long-distance transportation, carrier schedule adjustments, and peak-season fluctuations. Minor delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier backlogs, official customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING FEES, TAXES & DUTIES

All product prices displayed on our website exclude shipping fees, handling charges, sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Customers are solely responsible for all additional logistics and tax expenses incurred during domestic and international transportation. For cross-border orders, any local import tariffs, clearance fees, and relevant taxes required by the destination country shall be fully borne by the purchaser, in compliance with local trade regulations.

5. SHIPPING INSURANCE & TRANSIT LIABILITY

In compliance with U.S. commercial and consumer protection regulations, we provide mandatory shipping insurance for all retail and wholesale parcels, covering parcel loss, missing shipments, and physical damage that occurs during transit.
Liability Division Rules: All transit risks and insurance coverage take effect once the package is picked up and scanned by the official shipping carrier. Prior to successful delivery and signature confirmation by the customer or designated recipient, any eligible parcel loss, missing items, or severe transit damage will be fully covered by shipping insurance. We will initiate official insurance claims and provide corresponding solutions including product replacement, full refund, or complimentary reshipment, in accordance with carrier insurance rules and our official Return & Refund Policy.
Our insurance coverage and transit liability terminate immediately upon successful signature and receipt of the package. Any damage, loss, stains, or defects discovered after delivery confirmation shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. PROFESSIONAL PACKAGING & ECO-FRIENDLY LOGISTICS

Tailored specifically for our delicate lightweight products, we adopt sturdy, transit-safe outer shipping boxes with standardized graded box dimensions to fit different order volumes, fully protecting product texture, fine surface details, and overall shape from extrusion, friction and transit damage. All items are first wrapped with anti-wrinkle tissue paper for internal protection before being placed into custom-sized corrugated cartons. For single-piece orders, we use compact outer shipping boxes sized at 16” × 12” × 4”, perfectly fitting regular-sized lightweight products without squeezing or deformation. For 2–5 pieces small-batch orders, we adopt reinforced corrugated boxes measuring 18” × 14” × 5”. For bulk orders over 5 pieces, we use upgraded heavy-duty shipping boxes in 20” × 16” × 6”, with customized box sizes available for large wholesale shipments. All outer box dimensions are precisely matched to order quantity, eliminating excess empty space inside the parcel while providing rigid structural protection for all items.
Aligned with our brand’s core sustainable fashion philosophy, we actively practice eco-friendly green logistics. All outer shipping cartons, internal tissue paper and auxiliary packaging materials we use are fully recyclable and degradable. We completely abandon non-degradable fillers and excessive layered packaging, avoiding over-packaging and unnecessary resource waste. The standardized graded outer box size design effectively reduces packaging volume and carbon footprint, achieving a perfect balance between rigid, professional product protection and low-carbon environmental responsibility.

7. ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Customers may modify or cancel unfulfilled orders during the processing period. Once an order has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, no further cancellation, address modification, or order adjustment requests will be accepted. Bulk wholesale orders follow independent confirmation and cancellation terms based on official cooperative agreements.

8. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PARCELS

Parcels returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses, recipient unavailability, voluntary delivery refusal, or other customer-side issues will generate return shipping fees and secondary processing costs. All additional expenses and re-delivery fees shall be borne by the customer. We do not issue full refunds for undeliverable parcels caused by customer errors.

9. WHOLESALE ORDER SHIPPING TERMS

Bulk wholesale orders support customized shipping arrangements, including consolidated bulk shipment, designated carrier cooperation, and scheduled delivery services. Wholesale shipping insurance, transit duration, and liability scope comply with our standard shipping policy unless otherwise stipulated in a formal written agreement. All wholesale resale, distribution, and export activities must conform to U.S. local, federal, and international trade laws and regulations.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for shipping delays, parcel loss, or product damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, public health emergencies, government policy adjustments, customs suspension, carrier system failures, and other uncontrollable external circumstances.
